I loved creating this pocket embroidery and I can’t wait to make many more! It was such a beautiful design and really showcased so many different types of embroidery stitches. The instructions were simple and easy to follow as always, and such a gorgeous way to embellish a lovingly handmade item.

I haven’t embroidered in years and I’d forgotten how much I enjoy it. This pocket project came together in an afternoon and really took the Manuka skirt to the next level of special. It’s inspired me to add little parts of the summer embroidery pattern to shirt collars and pockets on my 6 year old’s other clothes. It’s been great to use on school uniforms to make them a little more special.
Definitely recommend, the instructions were clear and very helpful.

This is my first ever finished Embroidery- I love it! Thank you for giving me a new hobby to obsess over and add to the rest of your beautiful patterns. I am so proud of my piece, and amazed that I did it myself with only your pattern. Thanks Sophie!

What a wonderful journey back into my love for embroidery! This was easy to follow- wonderful to have the stitches explained in the pattern – so I did not have to go hunting them down. Above all the design I love the simplistic timeless design – a true classic as all BTK pieces.
