Aotearoa New Zealand Resources

Sewing for mental health

I invite you to enjoy these uniquely Aotearoa, New Zealand resources to enrich your world view and love of our land.

Our sewists live all over the world and have a glimpse into life in New Zealand and it’s unique Māori culture through Below the Kōwhai.

We LOVE this land and the people in it, and our whānau (family) feel so grateful to call this place home. We always try to weave a New Zealand spirit through everything we do and hope that you will learn along the way and value it too!

To learn more about our national identity, download and use these New Zealand resources with your own children!
